Every venue is different and times will vary depending on the show. You will receive an email from me with all that info, but typically bands meet at venue about 1 hour before doors so they can tune and get ready.

Unfortunately, no we do not pay pipe bands. It is not in our budget. I have played in pipe bands for the last 30 years and I'm aware that pipe bands usually charge for doing an event. 

Yes, members in the band will obviously get in for free and are welcome to enjoy the entire show. 

If you are opening for the band, most bands typically play for 10-15min of whatever tunes they want. 

Hospitality in every venue is slightly different. However, we try to give you your own dressing room with water and beer.

If your pipe band has B-flat concert pitch chanters (467) you are welcome to play The Parting Glass at the end of the show with Gaelic Storm and the High Kings. More info can be found about this below.
